- For booking more than 7 days, the price that you see is include water and internet but electricity will be charged separately per your usage at THB8unit. For monthly rental, there are the electric charge, water charge and internet wifi charge. This way will help both you and me save cost as I can lower the room price and you can save money by saving energy.
- After the reservation please note that well send a request for the deposit first for electric fee and water fee. (Only the guest who is staying more than 7 days) I will return the difference to you if you use less and you pay more if you use more.
- This house doesn’t provide the shampoo, soap, gel and any cleaning products.
- This house is not allowed to have a party and make loud noise after 9.00PM.
- This house is not allowed to drink alcohol.
- Keep cleaning the house and the kitchen appliances. Do not leave them with the waste food over the night.
- Keep closing the entrance door for avoiding the insects and mosquitoes.
- This house is not allowed to smoke in the house.
- We might charge for extra cleaning in some cases.
- Please dont use our towels with your PET and please taking care of our stuff.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
